He’s already there. You may not know what tomorrow (or today) will bring. But He does. You can have confidence in the One who goes before you.
“Be assured today that The Lord your God is the one who goes ahead of you like a devouring fire.” Deuteronomy 9:3
The followers of God were facing an enemy that was “greater, stronger, taller and battle ready.” They knew it and God knew it. But it didn’t change the outcome, or the encouragement that God gave them.
Be assured. Have confidence in the One who goes before you. That is a good reminder for us today too. What are you facing? The unknown can seem scary and overwhelming. Remember, God goes ahead of you with authority and power. And He stays close to you with peace and strength. You can be assured. He is faithful. And He’s already there. – Sandi
