More About Tim

Bio:

God used Christian Radio to draw me to him 20-some-odd years ago. I immediately found JOY FM and sent in a resume. I joke that once I was hired they haven’t been able to get rid of me. I’ve done news, traffic, hosted the Brown Bag Lunch and co hosted the afternoon show through the years. Currently I spend most of my time working the IT side of things while doing the evening show. I am so blessed to be here.

Nickname:

I was a scrawny kid growing up my family called me, Bones. Some aunts and uncles still do.

Favorite thing to do on a day off:

Go to the Zoo

Fun fact:

For years, while doing a split shift at JOY FM (morning news/traffic and afternoon traffic), I also was the Children’s Ministry Director at my church. VBS weeks were the hardest and most fulfilling weeks in the world.

One meal to eat for the rest of your life:

BBQ Ribs, my wifes macaroni salad, and baked beans.
