    JOY FM (KLJY) has an immediate opening for a well-rounded morning show producer.

    You might be a great fit for the role if you’re a self-starter gifted at researching and proposing show topics, scheduling guests, audio/video production, and social media. Your strong relationships with pop culture, current events, and Jesus will connect with our listeners.

    BOOST Radio has an immediate full time opening for our next live Night Show Host/Syndication Coordinator. Here’s where your creative side comes into play: We want you to do excellent, interactive, meaningful live night shows. Here’s where your detail oriented/organized side comes into play: you’ll oversee making sure our custom imaging and production pieces get uploaded and on the air at our various satellite locations.

    BOOST is a network of FM Christian Hip Hop stations based in St. Louis and simulcasted in Chicago, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Portland, Pittsburgh, and Fayetteville, NC. You’ll be live, based at the BOOST 95.5 St. Louis studios (our flagship station). This is not a remote or voice/tracked position.

    – Previous real-world on-air radio experience is essential. An aircheck demo of how you sound on the radio is required when you apply.

    – You’re a fan of Hip Hop/Pop culture and you’re passionate about your faith in Jesus Christ.

    Precise attention to detail and expert organizational skills are critical for this role. Plus, you love doing great radio!

  • Donor Care Specialist
    Do you have a passion for people and a heart for the mission of 99.1 JOY FM?

    99.1 JOY FM is a listener supported radio station, with thousands of loyal supporters that help JOY FM and BOOST Radio reach hundreds of thousands of people for Jesus each week.
    The Donor Care Specialist will be instrumental in building relationships with a loyal donor base who generously support the life changing work done at JOY FM and BOOST.

    The Donor Care Specialist will report to the General Manager and work closely with Donor Relations, Marketing, and the President of JOY FM / BOOST RADIO

    Responsibilities and qualifications are listed below:


    Responsibilities:
    1. With “donor care” as the backdrop and goal, thank, share vision and communicate the mission with current donors in a strategic way that is consistent and on brand
    2. Help create and implement donor management plan and communication strategies for new and existing donors
    3. Create messaging campaign for lapsed donors
    4. Monitor and analyze fundraising data (campaign reports) and present findings to ministry leadership
    5. Nurture relationships with current major donors
    6. Help plan and execute special events for donors and ministry partners
    7. Collaborate to develop and execute effective donor communications and materials
    8. Work on special projects and campaigns
    9. Be a resource for donor needs and referrals
    10. Foster relationships with industry development leaders
    11. Other specific duties as assigned by ministry leadership

    Qualifications:
    1. Passion for the JOY FM and BOOST ministry
    2. Good listener and communication skills while showing empathy in interacting with donors
    3. Comfortable inviting ministry partners into volunteering and giving opportunities
