God’s “No” Is Still Rooted In Love

God’s “No” Is Still Rooted In Love

When God says, “no.” If He is all loving and all powerful, why doesn’t He always say yes to removing the painful parts of our lives?

“Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But He said…”My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9

We don’t get to see the full picture until we see Him face to face. But God’s promise is for you today: He will not leave you alone in your weakest moments. He offers His presence, His grace, and His power. And then He reminds us…He is all we really need.

God could remove our pain in an instant. But when He chooses not to, it is still rooted in love. And in a promise. That He gives enough grace for the pain. And that His power will be revealed through our situation. May you experience His grace and power today. Even if you’re feeling weak, He is strong. – Sandi
