Hold On

Hold On

I love movies with twists and turns, the plots that don’t come together fully until the very end. But when life is that way, it feels so unsettling and unpredictable. Joseph had to feel that way. He was betrayed by his family. Falsely accused. Thrown in prison. His life was one unfair situation after another.

“You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.” Genesis 50:20

The ending of the story made so much sense. All of the twists and seemingly unfair turns eventually revealed God’s good and perfect plan.

If you are in a season that feels unfair and unending, hold on. You may not see it yet, but God is working and accomplishing His plan. Always. Faithfully. God’s intentions are good. One day, we will see the completed work. Until then, we trust and wait with anchored hope. – Sandi
