“Do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering, as though something strange were happening to you.
But rejoice that you participate in the sufferings of Christ…” 1 Peter 4:12-13
God understands your “unfair.” From every angle. He also understands suffering. He allowed His perfect Son to suffer and die. For us. That was not a fair exchange. But He did it because His love is greater. And eternity is in the balance. Pain is part of our reality today. Suffering is too. But it is not forever. And it doesn’t get the final word. He does. Hang on. An eternal, unfair, reward awaits! – Sandi
