I think Jesus really likes you! You know why? Because that’s who He is and what He does. I don’t know why we doubt or often forget, but, He welcomed children. He touched lepers. He ate with people that others looked down upon. He just “got” people and loved them anyway. The same is true for you.
“Does he not leave the ninety-nine and go after the one lost sheep? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders…” Luke 15:4-5
That’s how much Jesus likes and loves you. When you’re lost, he finds you and joyfully carries you home. I hope that image and truth stays with you all day. All of your life. Jesus really does love you. He gets joy out of rescuing and carrying you. That ought to bring you joy today too! – Sandi
