I remember telling my kids that they may not like or understand when I told them, “no”. But they would always know that my “no” was rooted in love. I wanted what was best for them because I loved them.
“In all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28
Every time God says “yes” or “no” to you, it is rooted in love. Everything He allows into your life, He has a plan to work it for good. Everything He prevents from coming into your life is for your protection. It is ALL rooted in His perfect love. And he uses the yes’s, the no’s, and even the really hard stuff for your good and His glory. -Sandi
